The way it was - floundering. I feel we took a hard blow when ENI entered the picture and we kind of lost our way for a while.
The way it is - gaining momentum. It seems to me that there is more energy in the building, more communication and sharing, a desire to see things improve and a willingness to be part of the work.
The results - students are being challenged. This has resulted in a dip in student grades in some cases because students have resisted. However, as momentum builds and challenges continue, they will get on-board with the work. We just have to make sure we don't provided them with opportunities to opt-out.
