I really don't know what we should do for the May 1st Showcase.  With the a purpose of empowering and encouraging, maybe focus on the growth seen in the building around PLCs...through the eyes of the Leadership Team.

    I also believe we should focus on the growth; however, I am at a lost as to the structure / format also.

      Have no idea how to structure or make it real, especially if PLCs have changed their focus this semester...there might not be as much visible growth.
