My thoughts on the May 1 showcase..........
I think we should showcase our learnings based upon book studies, growth we have observed in other PLC's, growth in the classroom due to PLC work and our perspective on how the building capacity has been impacted through this process.

I really like the idea of displaying the growth. How do we do that? What is the format? That's where I got stuck on my own thinking / reflection. :)
